How to use

How it works
Your signature is turned into a transparent image, trimmed to its edges, and placed on the page at the position you chose with the open-source pdf-lib library. The rest of the document is copied unchanged, so text stays selectable.
This is a visual signature — the digital equivalent of signing a printout — which is what most quotes, leases, school and work forms ask for. It is not a certificate-based digital signature: that kind, used for some legal and public-sector procedures, proves who signed and that the file hasn't changed since, and requires an identity provider.
Everything happens in your browser. Neither the PDF nor your signature is uploaded, and your signature is not stored after you leave the page.

Is this legally valid?
For most everyday documents a visual signature is accepted, like a scanned one. When a procedure explicitly requires a qualified or certificate-based electronic signature, use the service it names.
Is my signature saved?
No. It exists only in this page while you use it and is never uploaded or stored.
Can I sign several pages?
Sign one page, download, then load the signed file again and sign the next one.
