How it works
A horizontal flip mirrors the image left-to-right (like a mirror), a vertical flip mirrors it top-to-bottom. Flipping both ways is the same as a 180° rotation. Front cameras often save mirrored selfies, which makes text appear backwards; a horizontal flip fixes it.
